1. [A] Any Vanilla raiders out there?

Never got a chance to experience the Vanilla raids during retail and since I'm 60 I'd love to give them a go. I can't imagine there'd be too many people doing it since TBC content is on its way, but I've seen a few people running around SW with T1/2 gear so I'm looking to get in on the action if possible.

Are raid attunements still a thing? Or can a fresh 60 just jump straight into MC/Ony etc provided they have some pvp epix?

  2. No attunements. You can jump into MC with greens

  3. Would you really want to though? A level 60 with greens in Vanilla MC would be suicide right? Or are they raids easier on patch 3.3.5?

  4. they nerved level 60 bosses for raid because be4 they were 40 man and then raids max size was converted to 25

  5. With 3.3.5 class mechanics and talents MC is piss easy. This is nothing like it was in Vanilla.
And at lvl 80 you can solo it. Such is WoW.

  6. What asherdoom said it completely false. They are still 40instances.

It is MUCH easier for 2 reasons:
    1. Scaling issues, we do more damage then we did in Vanilla, but Warmane is making some buffs to bosses to make them more challenging.
    2. People who raided sucked back in Vanilla so the content was insanely easier but from a perspective back in Vanilla it was challenging. Now, because most of us have years and years of raiding experience, the raids seem easy. Which, they are compared to todays bosses. People who rave and say how hard content was back in the day either haven't done bosses recently or aren't able to critically think and see how easy they were if they were done in a raid environment of today. People would be afk in a 40man, playing completly wrong doing 1/2 the dps they should, not knowing how to play there class / stat priority, it was a different environment which made it hard, not the bosses itself.
