[WotLK] Argent Tournament

A while back, I became a champion for Thunder Bluff. I got the achievement: [Exalted Champion of Thunder Bluff]. Now since achievements are a thing I am going for all the other achievements. However, I cannot seem to find out how I get to the other factions.

I can only see daily quests from Thunder Bluff and from the Argent Pavilion (including the Champion's only corner in the Southeast section of the pavilion. I have no other quest that tells me to pick a new faction to represent. I only see daily quests. Also, when I get the daily to fight argent champions in The Ring of Champions, none of them let me fight.

Have I missed something? Am I bugged? Am I dumb? I know something is off because another guild member linked me the achievement for being a champion for all five home factions.

Are you exalted with all other cities?

I am not, but I do not remember that being a requirement to being becoming a champion for the other cities. In fact, I was planning on doing the Tournament Dailies to get reputation with those other home factions. Also, if Exalted was a requirement, why would being a champion be an achievement [Champion of ...], and another achievement being Exalted with the reputation AND be a champion [Exalted Champion of ...]?

I have this same problem. Actually, i'm exalted with all cities (Orgrimmar, Undercity, Silvermoon, Thunder Bluff), and i can't get the quest chain from any of quest givers, only dailies from Silvermoon Champions, since i'm a Blood Elf and got [Exalted Champion of Silvermoon].

I know people have the full achievement. Is it currently bugged or can someone with that achievement help with this?

You need to wait for the server to restart(crash?) in order to be able to get quests from other factions. It's some sort of bug, don't really know but it worked for me.
P.S. I have one question. How do you get the pennant, i already started doing quests with other factions but i still don't have the Sen'jin pennant (my home faction).
