1. Authentication code

    Hi, recently i activated the "Authentication code" for my account, i logged successfully like 3 or 4 days without any trouble, but now i am not receiving any "Authentication code" to my email (Gmail), i can connect to my account ingame and i can access to this forum, but i cant collect points or change account settings because when i log in i get: "An email containing a new code has been sent to your registered email inbox. Emails are only sent once every 30 seconds to prevent abuse" i tried like 50 times in differents days and i am not receiving the Authentication code any more.

    I dont know if this place is the best for report this problem, but i dont see any other place to do it, I'm sorry if I'm wrong on this.

  3. If you are not getting those emails then you might have to contact websites support. You can't make a support ticket from your account because of authentication. If you have another premium account you can make a support ticket on website from it. Otherwise you have to send an email to [email protected].
