They havent released even 20% of working 5.4.2 content
"We are planning on updating Frostwolf next week with hundreds of content fixes, some class and spell fixes and 3 new bosses in Heart of Fear, namely; Garalon, Wind Lord Mel'jarak and Amber-Shaper Un'sok. Shortly after, we will also release the full first wing of Heart of Fear in RaidFinder." more info in the MoP Devlog here: https://www.warmane.com/devlog
"hundreds of content fixes"
I'm kinda afraid to hear this. Because every time a thing gets fixed, something else breaks or ****s up.
If you check the bugtracker, you will know "content fixes" are NPC fixes most of the time. Like mobs use spells etc...nothing major
No, just a new wow.exe and perhaps a patch file or 2. There are 0 changes ingame from 5.4.2 to 5.4.8, the only reason they are doing it is because they got a new core and it is on 5.4.8
Nah, actually we'll be using the same core, but with updated structure (and more data to implement missing/incomplete opcodes) which will also reduce ms lag on Frostwolf by a ton
I like the sound of this!
Pls dont be so naive, they said that thing 1000 times already and nothing important happened. When was last time that they fixed some important class bug, i dont remember...
Both a x86 and x64 client will be available for Windows.
