Vote points problem

I have one question, why when i try to collect points, it says : " You don't have any points to collect" ?
I didnt recieve a single point from start, and i try to log in everyday
Maybe a stupid question, or i am something missing.

they are no longer vote points. they are activity points. and you must have 1k unique achievement points between your toon's before you can start collecting them.

Press Y and check the Achievements points you do have :) If under 1000 they are, no points do we get :( Get some Exploring ach. or something else, like levelling, Archeology, or else :)
