Guild achiev heirloom legs cant unlock

Hello , my guild has all the professions to unlock the leg heirloom yet , it keeps saying were missing a profession , when we have four or five people with it. I´ve seen players with the leg slot heirloom , so is this a common bug? how to solve it? ty

Its not about invite Players who have the professions.
All professions must be lvl up from guild Members. For our guild all is working fine here
