Backup System

I have been trying to backup my character info for 2 days and it has been stuck on 99% since then. I have tried on Linux Chrome, Linux Firefox, Windows Chrome, Windows Firefox - they're all on 99% and cannot download the file. When the system got released, I got a file, but since then I haven't backed up my account info.. What might be the problem? Is it ot my side? Is there anything that I can do to fix it?

I don't know if the problem is on your end or not, only thing I can say is that I backed up my files this morning, and everything went just fine

Yeah same here,; mine's been stuck at 99% for 5 hours+. Doesn't look like it will be moving anytime soon...

It's been 3 days since I started backing up - still 99%.
