1. Suggested configuration

I recently moved from laptop to dektop pc with way better configuration. I just wonder what are community thoughts about configurations that are needed for
ultra or high from WOTLK to MOP. I know there are "minimum requirements" if you google them but in many cases they are kinda wrong I had in this pc hd 4350 that suppose to be enough for high on WOTLK but guess what it was wrong and no it wasnt cpu issue since it is intel 2 quad q8200 and yes I upgraded that ****y gpu with way better ATX HD 6770. Could you share your configurations settings you are running at how much of stable fps. Tnx

This is a comprehensible guide for building a rig just for WoW + they have various tiers and then they elaborate which one is suitable for which quality settings in the game itself and what FPS you can expect.

  3. TNx on info see thats what I am talking about some people say that more powerful hardware is needed for it then one I for example have. Some sites say it is for medium some for barely high. Thats why I like to hear from users and compare results I know I wont be staring into fog anymore praying to god that I wont be ganked by phantom player xD. But still wonder about quality and fps.

  4. Well once you get any CPU that can take this game, it's all about the GPU. I have the GTX 680 that I got for 100 bucks used from Sweden and it's running my game just fine on Ultra (capped on 60 FPS).

Even the 670 is good enough and those go for dirt cheap as well :D

Even the 560ti and the 660 slays this game.

My heartfelt recommendation goes for these older GPUs, you can get them used for very cheap and they can still 'slay' newer games. Especially older flagships.

  7. Tnx on input 680 is amazing card so as 670 and 560 and cheap I avoided such cards just because of power supply but will sure upgrade everything later on. I got hd 6770 just becouse it was like brand new for around 50$ xD and it is in range of gtx 650. Thats just dirty cheap they are around 100$ used here where I live not to mention gtx 650 is 150$ new. Here is little site where you can compare GPU-s http://www.hwcompare.com helped me a lot.

I believe that card will go above 60 fps if v-sync is off if not around 100. It is way stronger than mine

Quite aware of that, I just keep it capped on 60 for now.

  10. Wow is tend to create screen tearing almost forgot. Better is to keep v-sync on
