Arena Grand Master trinket Gurubashi arena chest

can anyone confirm/deny that the chest in Gurubashi Arena in Stranglethorn spawns on Rag? And does anybody know the spawn timer? I want to get the AGM for a twink

It spawns at 1am ST and every 3 hours after that, last time I checked.

I can confirm on ragnaros that it spawns on 1am and every 3 hours after that, problem is that the first time you get some kind of trinket and to get the achievement you have to loot it 12 times, after the first time you do not get the trinket anymore so the achievement can not be completed, this is a known bug that is filed on the bugtracker #6622 gurubashi arena chest not working as it should. Once you get an Arena Master and accept (and then complete) the quest given by the item, you're no longer eligible to see/pick up Arena Master trinkets! Please fix this, I need the Arena Grand Master for my level 19 twink, and the Arena Masters cannot even be purchased with votepoints anymore. this is written on the bugtracker
