Can't send a support ticket, only option is ban appela??

Hello, I'm trying to send a ticket trough the site 'my account' but the only option I can choose is ban appeal and even that doesn't work. I use that but write something else in the ticket not about any bans Ofc and it still bugs out.

Ban appeal only works when you are banned. And other ticket types are only available for premium accounts. If you are sure you need exactly websites support you can send an email to [email protected] instead.
