Technical password aquiry

hello
i've lost my password. my account id is ******. i guess someone has changed my psswrd. and the server dont send emails to. ive clicked on frgt my password for a thousand times and nothing has happened. what should i do?

ps: ive got no emails suggesting anyone has chnged my account email

Hello!

First of all, never disclose your account name in public, including our forum - I've censored it. Secondly, is your email service GMail? We highly recommend using GMail service. Other email services can blacklist our emails so you don't get emails from us. Also check your junkbox.

Not sure but just saying - if someone did hacked your account, the first step would be to change your email adress, so you can't recover the password.
I hope it's just a bug and you didn't got hacked. Good luck !
