Technical Little Help!

Hello Community,

Today i started playing again, downloaded the game and all that. I started a new toon and noticed that I am not getting achievements for that alt. So I am trying to figure out why this is, it's kinda giving me a headache so id figure id ask you guys. When getting an achievement, I was told people could see it as a guild notice: " Bla has earned the achievement <Level 10>", however it doesn't show up on my screen. I do have a main with these achievements, but in the past it always showed up no problem. I have done the following to try and fix this. *** THIS IS FOR MOP!

-Delete WTF Folder - Restart Game
- Delete Cache Folder - Restart Game
- Delete Both Folders - Restart Game
- Ran the macro - /run EnableAddOn("Blizzard_AchievementUI");ReloadUI{} - even though i don't have the error popping up like the post said.
- Threw the PC out the window.
- Went into WoW\WTF\Account\Account name\ Frostwolf\ Char Name\ AddOns.txt and made sure it was enabled.
- Reinstalled completely - No addons, except the Blizzard ones.
- I browsed through the in-game options, but didnt seem to find anything that would be blocking this.

Not really sure what's going on here and all help is appreciated. Probably something I'm overlooking, but im done for the night.

Does anyone else have this problem or can you see achievements you get with your alt that you already have on your main toon?

Im not familiar with MoP on Warmane but the achievements should be account-bound, so if you already got a char that was level 10 you shouldn't see the achievement.

As far as I remember they were still still showing when completed on retail during MoP. They were just marked as completed on another char in achievement window.

Well, this wasn't happening when i first started playing MoP. So, i was just curious to find out why it is happening now. Do you guys have this problem or do you still see achievements on your alts? Ive had a few chars level up profs and each time id get the achievement on each one. I've seen that Warmane has released a new patch log, so im looking through it now to see if it was changed. I don't know why they would bother with this... I like seeing that i get the achievement.
