are you guys still working on vanilla content?
Many instance bugs still not fixed after a week on the bug tracker. There used to be a ton of updates on lordaeron but the past week or so I haven't seen the server go offline once for updates

Yes they are still being worked on, and yes lordaeron is still receiving nightly updates (though, most of the time it's reserved for major hotfixes, stability and performance improvements as we try to minimize the impact of bugs caused by updates. Everything else is usually included in a mass update that happens every few days or so). Not quite sure where you got haven't seen updates on lordaeron for a week, considering lordaeron was updated and changelog posted just three days ago (check the main page).
I was wondering the same thing , although i see the changelong, so things are happening. It would seem that high level dungeons and raids are getting all the attention. Witch isn't a bad thing , just that, some of us low level players, would also like to see bugs fixed in low level dungeons and areas.
Might not be important for most players who are already at 60 and don't care too much about Deadmines or Gnomeregan, but remember we all started at level 1 and we all did those low level dungeons. And alot of new players will do them in the future.
Weird, I completed these dungeons 2 times but did not find any bugs related to them.
In the bug tracker I see no instance unconfirmed/confirmed/pending bugs related to these dungeons. Instead, I see this and this. Are you sure if there is a bug it was reported?
Also, to the OP, from the changelog 3 days ago:
