Old Molten account, lost?

!!! I REALLY NEED SOME ANSWERS HERE !!!

Hey guys.
My brother recently found out that Molten and AT was merged together, but his account back on molten was never restored after the big "moltdown" - which is a shame, because he used almost 130 GBP on donations. On his account, he had a couple of good geared lvl 80 characters.
Is there any ways that he can restore that account, or is it lost for good?

I really hope that you can help him, since he put a lot of time and effort into the server...

it's no longer possible to recover accounts. there's been plenty of threads asking about it lately. you can try emailing [email protected] to be sure, but far as i'm aware it's not possible anymore.

yeah, i lost about $200-$300 worth of donations had a few 6k gs+ chars from donating... lost it now and ive tried to contact them and ive gotten no where ):

They've answered me now. Seems that it is lost for good.. GG :)
