Sadly, we only take applications through our website (which can be found pretty much anywhere in this forum page). You are more then welcome to try your luck there. As for tactical knowledge, yes it is required in an end game guild. As a majority of retail tactics are still applicable here, it would be my advice to learn at least the basic mechanics of every encounter and thoroughly understand them before applying. There are many videos and guides to help you do this as the encounters themselves are quite old. Best of luck
