ENCORE RECRUITMENT OPENED
Since hitting the 200 milestone with LoD and RS25 hc kills, quite a few of Encore members went inactive. So in order to fill up our ranks, we are once again opening our recruitment. What we require from possible candidates are two simple things; (extensive) knowledge of their class plus their characters being ready to raid the mentioned encounters, tactics and gear wise. At the moment, all classes and specs are welcome. If you're interested in joining our community, feel free to drop your application at http://encoredw.shivtr.com .
Just one pointer. As much as we're in need of new players, that doesn't mean we're just gonna accept any application because of it. Don't be hasty, take your time and make it look like you actually want to join. You don't have to write a small novel but any app poor written in haste will be declined even if your character is BiS geared. We're not looking for machines, we're looking for people we can hang out and have fun with.
I will also take this opportunity and warn existing members of Encore about their performance with alts. Some players simply don't perform nearly as good on their alts as they do with their main chars. We've given this some thought and from now on, we'll be monitoring this a bit more strictly. If you continue failing with your alts, you simply wont get invites to raids on them. Of course that you'll be given a chance to improve and not just one. But the time where you're getting carried on your 5 crap alts (just cause you "carried" some raid with your main) is over. You will either step up or be put down.
All being said, I wish both existing members and future applicatans good luck. Cheerios and see you in-game.

I'd think that my English was clear enough when I made this post but checking the apps these last couple of days, it looks like it wasn't. 5 out of 6 apps were made by people who want to join with their crap alts, leaving their mains in other guilds, apps made in 2-3 minutes without answering half of the questions in them. We are looking for new people to fill up our ranks but we are not desperate and we are certainly not a gearing service for your damn alts. If you can't understand this, don't even bother making an app.
