admin please help me

i have a hunter character and when i tried to quest in the are underworld my game keeps crashing as soon as i log in can a admin please move me away from this zone cause im able to play with other characters but not with the one that is in underworld

then, Dont start game!, delete the Cache folder, restart pc, and try again :)

if you can play in your other characters why didnt you just open a ticket in-game in one of those and solve the problem...
