Does shado-pan rep work here? If so, anyone got a guide to rep.

Step 1. entur ToT
Step 2. kill sum npcs and bosses
Step 3. gain sum reps
Step 4. ????
Step 5. Profit

Only way to get reputation with them is to enter ToT and kill as many trash/bosses as you can

There are 2 different Reps:
Shado-Pan, you can get it with Daily Quests
Shado-Pan Assault, you get with dungeon as the guys before said.

You only need exalted for the shoulders and for most classes they aren't so good.

TOT istance..26rep per mob till friendly..after fiendly u need to kill the bosses witch gives 348 or 384 if i`m not mistaken for each up to exalted...same farm as it was for Firelands on Cataclysm if u ever played on molten before it was shutted down
