WEBS Problem

I am also having trouble with the stuck at 99% complete and have never had a AT account. (99% stays until reset just as the tread i sited)

Just wondering if this has been resolved? Was a little longer then a month ago.

Any help or more insight on why this happens would be awesome :D

By the way I guess it is hard to fix since has not been done yet.

Hey! thanks a bunch, i guess it was pretty easy to find my keywords were just off. I love closure :D
