Old character from Molten. I need help quick

Hello. I just came on this server, nice server made here. The thing I heard is that is a union between Molten and Arena. I had on Molten-Wow server 2 80 characters how can I get them back if there is a possibility to get those back. Thanks . Hope you have a great time

you never could recover old characters, the database was taken.

even the donator have lost their account? so i returned after an year sure to take my account again and then i faind that i danated for nothing?

The donators aren't special. As said above, the database was taken, meaning all characters are not retrievable.

After Molt-down, everyone had 6 months to retrieve their accounts, meaning Coins, Vote points, and that's pretty much it.

If you didn't between those 6 months, you cannot get anything back.

Just for the record, who did indeed retrieve their account between those 6 months, all they had was their coins and vote points. They had to start over, create new characters, etc.

well i donated just for not see my account deleted after an year of inactivity and then they delete it anyway... nice
i recived the "happy b.day" from molten in the 22/01/2015 but never an email about this 6 months to retrive my account.
I start to think that what i read in other forum about molten crew is right, they only want money...


oh and ps. Donator are souppsed to be "special"

yeah sure "stolen"... never mind, only i don't understand why they didn't send an e-mail at last at the donor account to tell that you need to use the tool and reactivate the premium membership. I don't want back my character or equipments, i love to build up them and search for them, i only want back mi right to skip the queue and mantain the account if i don't play wow for an year.
