    Connection with a new account

    Hi everyone!

    A friend of mine just created an account, and hes unable to log in, I even tried to use his user/Pass to log in and it's not working :( I know its not supposed to be your email, but does it take time after you active the account for it to work in game? We can log into the website fine, just not in game.... Any help would be great, thanks!

    He already did activate it with the email link, which is why I'm super confused...

    Edit: oh, you said you tried to log with his Acc... then I do not know
