language in global chat

Hi,

i wrote a post on global chat being spammed by 100000 languages and excessive abusement on nationality/race/politics and whatever.

and i see now that there is no RoC on language in global chat so changed the post.
but i also see that its normal to get abused if u ask people NORMALLY to keep it english in global.

being abused is totally acceptable then it seems.
what a realm frostwolf has become.... unbelievable.

There is no rule and it's understandable that they should be "abusive". You have the right to be offended but you don't have the right to tell anybody not to offend you, you say it's annoying, so what? Your problem that's easily solved.
If you don't understand them, they are obviously not talking to you and you can always switch the channel. Or perhaps feel inspired to learn some other language besides English? Did you honestly think that they would/should ban whoever speaks anything besides that one language you do? They'd probably lose at least 50--60% of their population since latinos and balkan people are very common, perhaps even a majority. They have the right to use their own language, especially if they don't speak English well, and most Spanish people don't, it's simply not a part of their culture. So don't be so close minded, if you dislike it, ignore it or leave the global channel.

Isnt the global chat supposed to be in english on frostwolf by warmane policy ?

lately its like spanish but mostly slavic language and people just chatting in global it seems.

would be nice if staff/gm would check that because its a bit annoying all these different languages.
besides the fact that if u ask them to speak english they get very abusive.

I said it's understandable that they get abusive towards YOU ,asking them to keep it english, you don't have the right to do that since what they are saying has nothing to do with you and it's your problem that it bothers you, not theirs. And global is always messy, and always will be messy, it's global, it has very few rules and none of them are related to languages or spam. And who's the majority, people speaking other language or people bothered by people speaking other language? huh? What am I suppose to do if I don't know English? You can always ignore me.

People can be so salty that they are bothered by other languages, omg hahaha, thats so racist/xenophobic, I even thikn that demanding someone WHO IS NOT TALKING to you personally to speak your language it is a kind of hate crime, so just ignore the russian, spanish and other languages, that people arent talking to you, so, why you care?
