Just wondering if there is any trick or difficulty with having both retail WOW and warmane WOTLK on same computer. if it is as simple as separate folders upon install - great. If not, please let me know. Thanks

Yes, just have them all in different folders.
Your Bnet launcher might ask you to find your 6.2 installation, in which case you just have to add the folder path when it asks for it.
