Stuck in Ebon Hold

I am currently stuck in the upper floors of the Ebon Hold, stuck with the Lich King and the Rune Forges with no way out of the room. The teleporter doesn't work, the Unstuck feature doesn't do anything for me either.

Does anyone know a way out or can a GM please see reason to assist me? D;

Edit: This is taking place on Neltharion, the Cataclysm server.

have you tried the Unstuck tool of the Website?
