Can I purchase character customization with points?

And the reason I created this topic is that I found "character customization" in coin shop but couldn't find one in point shop so I want to know if I can customize my character from points "name change", "race change" options?

P.S. I apologize if this topic is in a wrong section of the forum!

You can recustomize AND change your name with 'race change'
