    i have a 490 ilvl warr and there are only 3 raids open for me why? HOF and TOT aren't open to me

    The raids are devided into several smaller ones in RF :) i.e., Last Stand of the Zandalari is the first part (first three big bosses) of ToT - the Lightning guy, the Dino, a.k.a. Horridon, and the Council :)
