hello, I tried to find something about this in the rules but I couldn't and honestly I just don't want to get in trouble.
I have a bunch of gold on one faction on Lordaeron, and am starting a char on the other for fun.
Is it illegal to trade from one faction to the other?

how woudl you pass the gold? In-game mail? it shoult not work I guess between 2 Chars of different faction, even on the same account

Uhm.. no... I would say like "trading 5g on alliance for 3g on horde" or something like that is what I'm asking.

There have been forum threads about trading gold between realms and it was allowed. Also there is nothing about that in rules. But such trades might attract scammers.

You can just use the neutral AH, simple and safe.

That's the best option but it requires 2 accounts.

It`ll also cost you the AH cut.
You`re better off mailing your gold using the Heirloom trick.

Well, I guess you`ll have to either find someone willing to do a trade or live with the AH cut.

ah cut is not that bad if your goblin is recieveing the gold as their passive is best deals anywhere and ah shouldn't take as much (if the passive is working)
but if its wotlk realm well no goblins :)
