    About ban appeal

    Hi GMs, Mods. I tried to submit a ban appeal for my account but it always says "The selected ban is not valid, try again."
    How do I try to fix this? Because I really need to submit my ban appeal. Please help.

    I know that ban from the Anti-cheat System ( Sentinal) can not be appealed, maybe that is the reason

    Nope, it was not anti-cheat. Just got got error on their part about IP ban. They fixed it already so that's that. Can close this thread now thanks.
