cant create character and 1 other problem

first of all i downloaded wow from a different website and played on different private server not sure if it can affect problems in this server.
so the first problem is i created dwarf hunter and i cant use gun it says that it has to be equipped
second problem i have is i wanted to play as male dwarf shaman but it says error creating character i tried randomizing appearance but still no luck as i done like 10 times or more. do i really have to download again wow from here or is there an easy way

which expansion? however try to delete WDB folder, it is inside Cache folder

I deleted WDB folder still same thing and the expansion i downloaded is Wrath of the Lich King

Im experiencing the same problem. deleted WDB folder, the problem still persists.

What Expansions/Realm?
are you using WoD model? in that case just randomize the details ( face, hair style etc.) because maybe you are choosing some details which are on your Modified Client but not on the Core.
