So I remember there being a message on the website saying that they will eventually add the blood elf and draenei WoD models to the custom WotLK client but I haven't seen or heard anything else about it afterwards. I've asked in-game if the new blood elf and draenei models have been implemented yet several times and people keep telling me "yes" and I keep downloading the client over and over again only to find out that it isn't true. So can someone confirm this for me? I'm not in a hurry, but I'd like to at least know it hasn't been forgotten...

Ya, it sucks. I got the new water textures, although it has a few bugs, for example: today in SW the water looked like it came out of an alpha stage of minecraft, but it mostly works great. Alas, no luck on a good WoD model patch. Every single one out there has issues, Warmane's has no BE and Draenei. The one I used has texture warping issues that are pretty bad, feet look like they went into the blender machine, and there are lots of missing hairstyles. I'm still hoping warmane is working on this and that it may still come out this year.
