Regarding rotation, keep Slice and Dice up at all times because autoattacks are your main damage. Pop it ASAP in the beginning of the fight - usually just 2x Sinister Strike + S&D is enough until you can get enough combo points for a 5 CP S&D. Use Rupture for a filler and Eviscerate when you have Rupture up on the target and S&D with at least 8-10 seconds up.
Regarding cooldowns, use Blade Flurry either when there are a lot of mobs in one place or together with Adrenaline Rush. Killing Spree can be combined with Blade Flurry when you have >1 target and it will deal damage to both targets. NEVER EVER use Killing Spree while you have Adrenaline Rush up as it is a complete waste of Energy. Remember to use Tricks of the Trade whenever possible, and you can also combine it with Killing Spree for greater threat transfer to the tank.
