what do you mean? you lost your old Account with last MoltDown?
Or you just lost/forget username/passwrd you were recently using here? in this case in the Log-In page of this website there many tool to retirve it

Blackrock-Warsong are instant Max Lvl with Free Gear to do Arenas and BGs ( in case you care only about PvP)
All other realms are 7x experiences rate, so it is not so hard reach max lvl ( Loardaeron is 1x)

So do i can lvl on 7x then transfer to 1x or what?

no, I was just pointing out that making a new Chars and bring it to Max Lvl does not take so long because all Realms are x7 experiences rate (except Lordaeron, it is not x7), that is it.
however, since you asked, it is not possible to transfrer Chars to other Realms.
