Question about levelling

Will i level up faster on x7 if i abaddon green quests and move to next zone which haves yellow quests

yes, of course, yellow or orange quests are better than green always.

Depends on your items, if you barely kill your green quest mobs do not leave the area. Untill 30 it will be hard for you to kill mobs of your on level, it get easier after 30 as shadow priest. My rogue friend said difficult till 40. I also find it helpful to lvl tailoring as priest, helped me with items. You lvl up too quick hence you change zones without enough quest items.
