I would like to ask what are the criteria for fixing things from bugtracker cause i can see bugs like Shadow priest's 2p-4p tot gear waiting for 5 months, while bugs with 2 votes and only 2 days on bugtracker geting fixed.

Usually by priority but It depends though. Some bugs are more complicated and take longer to get fixed than others. Some very simple bugs that are obvious with an easy fix will be corrected regardless of priority. I know the frustration though of waiting all year for something to be fixed that is obviously high demand. Which bug had 2 votes while getting fixed in 2 days?
