However for who wanna copy/paste the command:
/run EnableAddOn("Blizzard_AchievementUI")

Also you can fix the problem in this other way, close the game and:
Go into your WoW Directory>WTF>Account>"YourAccountName">"RealmName ">"CharacterName"
here open the AddOns.txt, search the line "Blizzard_AchievementUI" and change "disabled" into "enabled"
