Sometime ago when you guys lost your databases, everyone was given instant max level boosts, all the boosts I had used were immediately gone due to the characters being deleted shortly afterwards (by unknown reasons) even the store doesnt have them listed as viable characters to purchase things for.

People were given the instant maximum levels and everything again after we had to relocate our database host a second time.
That promotion ended quite a while ago, though.
