Technical Cataclysme problem

I downloaded Cata from the Warmane server .. i notcied Cata has a less size 12 Gb than i used to know ... No after the download and in the game its says 63 % is downloaded ... now my question is how do i download the rest ?

when you go in new regions, bgs, arena
bascally it download only the things you "face" as far as I know
