1. Bought wrong item on site store

    Hello,

    I don't know about your refund politics when talking of items purchased via Points, but I've bought an incorrect item, not by my own mistake but by the mechanics the site is configured, please see my details below:
    1. I've had selected item ID 54571 (Petrified Twilight Scale) for purchase, then a legend appeared on top of the purchasing screen: "You must accept before purchasing".
    2. I clicked on "I am purchasing an item for Nassha Ragnaros" and then clicked again on the same item descibed above.
    3. All of the sudden the store refreshed and the legend "Frostbrood Sapphire Ring [item ID 50186] has been sent to Nassha on Ragnaros" or something alike appeared at the top.

    I am not sure why the store refreshed, I've performed several buyings in the past using coins and I've never experienced something alike. The item is still on my mailbox and I wouldn't take the time to write this post if it was useful in any way, but it took me over a month of daily voting to get the item and is really useless for my character; is there anyway to get it exchanged by the item I really tried to buy, please? If worth for anything, both items cost the same amount of points.

  2. There is no support for purchases made with points. Item list always refreshes when you check the confirmation checkbox. It's unnecessary and could be implemented without refreshing but that's how it works for now.
