    Is it a hack?

    When you kill somebody and, before he releases his body, he keeps moving and jumping as a corpse, is that a hack? I could assume it's a glitch, but I've been playing here for years and that has never happened to me. I also know some hacks have that ability.

    it means you killed a "lagger"
    An other example is when I Pounce them while mounting, I see them "stunned" but they keep moving at mount speed

    No, he wasn't lagging. He was afk and a couple of seconds after dying he started walking (well, sliding on the floor) and jumping at will.
