Account Hacked; Toons Deleted

Long story short;

>Account got hacked
>All toons deleted
>Found out a few weeks later
>Restored 3 out of 5 of my level 85 toons, as that was all the coins I was awarded by support (30)
>Points were all used up so I wouldn't even have enough time to vote to save my last 2 toons from permanent deletion from your system
>My mage is completely naked - all gear lost/deleted by hacker
>All gold stolen
>Only achieves/abilities/specs remain

>Can't create ticket in support as there's no option aside from 'ban appeal'

Can anything actually be done about this at all? Is there a possible option to roll back my toon about a week?

Please.. I'm begging at this point. I've already lost 2 of my level 85 toons completely. Now my mage is basically worthless too..

I find it funny this people don't get permanent ban. Last time I check, if you share accounts or trade or sell them = permanent ban. That why I don't pity none of this people and I hope if they keep doing this, to lose everything and get no help.
