Deadmines is not bugged.

i cant attack foe reaper 5000 and it cant to me

Kill all the mobs around foe reaper then come close to it, it should activate

kill mobs or dont ,doesnt matter its already active whole time and untouchable ,its pushing you for attack but cant hit same as me
