Error creating character

I just logged in to Lordaeron for the first time to create my first toon. I did so successfully, but then realized I didn't customize her at all... so I deleted her to remake and customize her. Now, when I try to create a toon, the client just says, "Error creating character". I tried logging out and back in, and closing the client and reopening it. I also tried different names... when I use one that's taken it says the name is taken, but when I use one that's not I get that error. Nothing has worked. I'm really excited to play on the realm, but this error is keeping me from doing so.

Thanks for the quick, albeit rather rude and condescending response of links without even answering the question directly. I Googled first, then paged back like four or five pages and didn't find anything relevant so I made a post. If it's such a prominent issue, maybe there should be a sticky on it or something.

Anyway, I got it fixed. Thanks for your time, I'm sure it took ages to search up all those threads just to make yourself look... well... like a jerk, I guess. <3

If you were to click on the very first link, you would've gotten your answer... But oh well, we wouldn't want a special snowflake to waste a precious second of their time clicking a link and doing some effort of their own to fix their issues.

Better demand answers to questions already answered 10 times and call people who help jerks, that's sure to make us look better. You're welcome.

Presumptuous and condescending. It's like someone asks for a dollar so you ball one up and throw it at their face, call them a useless drain on the economy, and walk away like you're something special whilst requesting gratitude.

All I said was that you could have directly answered the question. Posting literally ten links is condescending and totally uncalled for. Simply saying, "This has been answered already, please use the search function," would have perfectly sufficed along with a direct answer to the question. It would have taken far less time than copy/pasting all of those links, which at this point can be deduced to have been for your own pseudo-sadistic enjoyment.

Anyway... I really shouldn't have even responded. This is a Q&A subforum; not the place for this brand of banter. Just please try to be more respectful in the future; you never know when the person you're belittling might have been a future asset to the server had you met them with just a modicum of kindness.
