HIT detections bug and wolf pet\comapnion color change

Hello after testing this i saw that lv 8 melee char can hit lv 58 with the same chance that the higher lv has of hitting him i made a duel with a lv 8 with my lv 58 and i did manage to miss him and hit and also did he.He took 350 life and even managed to use a bleed skill. Caster however cant hit a higher lv also mobs cant too mele mobs can hit you but caster miss this is the same for char ( mage,druid,priest,warlock,shaman on elemental) but can hit you mele.
The other topic is the sudden change of color on pets and companion i thamed a silver worg ( wolf) and after a couple of uses of my mount it turned black and i just completed the quest in burning steps where you get a worg companion ( lil wolf) and its brown and just a moment ago it turned black too like my pet.
