Banned because of Virus

Hello dear Warmane,

My main account was banned because of your system that categorized me as a cheater because i had a virus on my PC. Even after i deleted it you didnt unban me. So Please do it because you have no proof that im cheater. It was just a stupid virus in my computer.

If you want to keep me banned give me a proof that i cheated or exploited.

1. As per the Infraction you will receive, do not use the Forums to complain about bans;

2. For a virus to be involved, it would need to have interacted with Wow.exe and altered the process. While theoretically possible, I can't recall a single case where that happened and the person claiming it wasn't just trying to avoid being labeled as a cheater after getting caught. Either way, that would be caught by Sentinel, and its bans aren't appeal-able;

3. Even if it was in fact a virus, the responsibility of keeping your computer clean is yours and yours only. Sentinel reacts to tweaks on the WoW process, and if this supposed virus did that Sentinel just did what it's supposed to do. It's on you to make sure your computer isn't compromised;

4. You won't be shown any kind of proof that you cheated. There's no need, much less any obligation on our end to do that.
