Game start problem and A/c recovery.

Hello Staff Members of Warmane,
So i want to recover my old molten wow a/c is that possible my id was sybarite28.
I saw in forums that there was a thread that said go to 'My Account --> Ticket'. But there was only a option of 'Ban Appeal'
And i am having problems starting the game.
I have downloaded both WOTLK and MoP. The problem is WOTLK works properly but MoP doesnt open up. The Windows task manager shows that a process of WoW is running but the application doesnt start.
Please Help me with this problem.

How did you solved the problem? Because I'm having the same problem, I just open it, but for some reason, it doesn't open..
