I think it has something to do with the hairstyles of WOD models, did you try switching them around and see if that fixes it?

anyway with "MoP old" you wont have these kind of problems
it's warmane's solution to faction imbalance.. go horde :D lol
If you actually read the error you'd see you have a corrupt MPQ...
Go redownload the missing MPQ.
