Technical Forgotten password

Hi. Don't know if this is the right place to post this topic in but I have a certain problem. Last year I used to play on this server with my account Gigatech but then I quit for a while and recently I tried to come back. When I tried logging in with my account I couldn't remember the password but I remembered my account name. I also don't remember the e-mail address I used to create the account. Is there a way for me to retrieve my account.

I guess your old Account was lost with Molt-Down, basically everyone lost his Acccount and they had to start all over again

One of my friends said that they gave you free donation points or vote points if you had your account deleted. But then I tried to create an account with the same name and it doesn't let me do it because there already is an account with that name. So my guess is it exists but it doesn't kinda :D I don't even want points I just wanted to have my mage back
