Hello,
I have read that misbuy for Points is not refundable. so just to make myself clear, that does include every situacion? for example, I bought Medallion of the Alliance for Horde character by accident and there is no way some staff member could replace it with Medallion of the horde? because now I can just delete the trinket and waste more than a month of collecting those points...

So the question is, do I have any chance in getting the item replaced?

No offense, but you can get that item in-game if you play for like... one day?

for the reasons I'm not going to mention, getting 70k honor would take around 100bg's to do, and since I get queued in bg at best cases 4times during like 6hrs playtime, that would take me more time to get it in-game than via points.
but still, the question stays.
