How to get Points?

I have looked around and I'm starting to think I have gone blind. What I want to know is where do I go to get vote points so that I can use it in the store? Thanks for any information provided!

log in, you will enter the screen where you can press the collect points button.

do keep in mind that you need atleastt 1k achievement points to be able to collect points (not vote points, a better word would be activity points as you need to log in to the game the same day aswell)
