WOTLK on Bittorent 94% PROBLEM

I nearly finished to download WOTLK and now I get this error when its on 94%

"The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.(Writetodisk)"

What do I do?

Reboot. Although it looks like an antivirus (or malware).

Unistall Mcafee if you have it.
